We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
     
  • To start a return, please contact us @ qtheflamecandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
     
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
     

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status.
     
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
     

Exchanges
